Prepayment in USD by check or USPS money order is required for all sales. AMCHT Publications is not set up for credit cards. Books are usually in stock and shipped within one or two business days after receiving prepayment. Please contact AMCHT Publications for current price, availability and shipping charges (if any) before ordering. Shipping by UPS Ground to locations within the continental U.S. is free. Customer pays for shipping to locations outside of the continental U.S. or for faster shipping than UPS Ground. Contact AMCHT Publications for shipping charges to be included in the prepayment check. Students should purchase their book at their university bookstore. AMCHT Publications can not keep up with processing individual orders from all the students who need the book for a course. AMCHT Publications accepts returns from university bookstores if each book is still shrink-wrapped (with bookstore labels removed) and is in saleable condition as a new book. Permission is not needed if overstock is returned within 12 months of ordering. Returns from other customers are not accepted. |
